Dear Sir,
We,
the students of class XII of your college beg most respectfully to state that next
week the Independence Day is going to be celebrated / observed all
over the county. Every year our college also celebrates /
observes the day with great
enthusiasm and solemnity to show respect to the martyrs of the country. So, this
year we would like to observe / celebrate the day in gorgeous way. We believe this will
strengthen our patriotic zeal. On the
day, we also have a great desire to stage a drama including cultural function.
We, therefore, pray and
hope that you would be kind enough to allow us to observe / celebrate the Independence Day and
oblige thereby.
