Dear Sir,
With due respect, we, the students of
class XII of your college draw your kind attention that next week the victory
day is going to be observed all over the country. Every year our college also celebrates / observes the day with great enthusiasm and solemnity to show respect to the
martyrs of the country. So, this year we would like to celebrate / observe the day in gorgeous way. We believe
this will strengthen our patriotic zeal. On the day, we also have a great
desire to stage a drama including cultural function. Now we need your kind
approval.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to
allow us to observe / celebrate the victory and oblige thereby.
