Day Long Annual Sports Program Celebrated At KD College
The annual sport program was celebrated at KD College yesterday with great enthusiasm. On the day, the college campus was decorated with colorful flags and festoons. A big stage was set up in front of the academic building. A beautiful gate was also erected to the entrance of the college. After all, the day was very festive look. The principal of the college presided over the function. The chief guest was the local MP. The TNO and the Upazila Chairman were the especial guests. Many local elites and guardians were also invited to the ceremony. Besides, the people of all walks were present to enjoy the function. At 8 am, after hoisting the national flag and reciting from Holly Quran, the program was started.

The program included high jump, long jump, 100 meter race, 200
meter race, 400 meter race, sack race, javelin throw etc. Many students took
part in the games. At 4 pm, the prize giving ceremony was started. The lecturer
of English of the college announced the name of the winners and delivered a
short speech. The chief guest distributed the prizes among the winners. He
thanked the authority of the college to arrange such a colorful function. Many
invited guests also delivered their valuable speeches. At last, thanking all,
the principal ended the ceremony. Certainly, all audiences enjoyed the ceremony
